Who is responsible
The data controller is MyLabella.
No cookie banner
This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own site. The security check of the notification form and the Stripe payment page load only when you ask for them.
Notify me
If you ask to be told when a service is available, we keep your email, language, the service and the date of your consent, on the basis of that consent. We use them only for that one notice. We delete them 30 days after sending it, or after 24 months if the service does not come out. Every email has a link to delete your address, and you can ask us at any time.
Buying
When you buy, we use your name, business, email and, if you give them, phone and VAT number to deliver the service and meet tax obligations. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see your card.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database. Stripe handles payments. Their servers may be outside the EU; they apply the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
